a gal's market value... There's tis guy Mr. P who i always hang out with... He's actually the expert handling valuations of properties... Most of my fren knows him as i used to work as a mortgage loan executive few yrs back...
We had been discussing abt the market value of guys n gals...
Sorry ar Princess Eileen, i talk abt the gal first...
We had decided on tis formula to determine a gal's value...
Face Features =
Type of property (single storey terrace, double storey semi-d, condo, flat etc...)
Inner Beauty =
Location (which is oredi fixed... JB will always b the southest part of Msia and Sabah, Sarawak is on the east msia etc...)
Other Attributes = Renovation (From single eyelid to double, flat nose to tall and etc... tis always can be done with some extra $$$ n guts...)
So how we guys get a property huh?? er... Some go for location first, we wan it to be in the city lah, we want it to be nearer to where n where lah... then we only decide we wan a semi-d or condo or apartment or watever... n renovation comes last... with money, then renovate loh... no money then just move in first loh... haha...
Some people might go for the type of property first, hmmm... i wan a condo.... then only decide which location... then follow by renovation....
Seldom got ppl think of wat reno liao then only decide the location n type of property k?
For gals, i think the 3 elements work too.. just tat the formula diff a bit... So

As for a guy market factor (we take 10 as full marks, for ur information JB market at most 8 i think for properties, not guy, there are always 10/10 guys in the market.. haha)
few categories to mention here...
1. Guys who are single, available, doesn look bad but not tat handsome as david beckham, not as rich as him as well but got fair education, stable job, nice personality... These are guys with potential... Anytime can boom like KL properties, just tat u dunno when...
2. Guys who are single/not single, looks handsome/ugly,
earning big $$$ or born rich, with/without education, got/no job, nice/teruk personality... These are guys with potential as well... cuz the higher the risk the higher the return...
(get the point? the rest doesn matter as long as he is rich, then combine with a few other attributes he is the man liao....)
3. Guys who are plain, $$$ ok, fun/not fun to be with, nice personality... These r like property in a bit outskirt area... (Built up bigger than most properties in the city, no traffic jam, price cheaper, very good to keep for self-occupied but if wanna rent out might not fetch a good income)
4. Guys who r jerks, no $$$, no fun, teruk personality(It's like buying a property under construction then halfway the developer cabut n u dunno when some1 else is gonna take over the project.... (=_=)")
