3 paths laying rite in front... which route to take... shortest? most adventurous? most smooth? most challenging? most comfortable?

There are always a lot of choices for us to make... In life, the only constant is "changes", any other things are all variables... There's no formula to do the math... Mayb gut feeling is the answers? hmmm... Tml will be going to c a fortune teller... have my fortue told... first time... n hope it's the last... i just need some guidelines, mayb from wat is predestined...

I give up on Transformer liao loh... Saturday nite my sista call me from Tebrau Jusco and told me tat even mid nite tickets for Transformer sold out liao... (=_=) arghh...

Long time never go to the cinema le... and such a small wish so susah to fulfil... haizz... just the lowest point of my life i think... but things are getting better everyday... im growing stronger each n everyday...

Spent my burfday with my family... had dinner together... thanx ar sista for getting me the slices of cheese cake even though u the one eating more... haha... i appreciate it...

Last nite me n my family had a conversation during dinner...
Mother:" My sista(4th auntie) got a fren named XXX u all know or not?"
Father:" Oh, the one from Penang, Why?"
Mother:" Her son 30 yrs old liao... successful career, earning big bucks but no gf, the mum getting worried..."

Mother:"My sista n their gang decided to pull the string for him and YYY's daughter.."

A very Bad Day

Yesterday was really a bad day.. sorry Edmund & WenKang.. Especially WK, left u 2 in banyan n i sat outside... just needed a few minutes alone... Im ok... no worries... Clear up my mind redi... Was in a bad shape i think.. every1 who c me also asked "ru ok?"

Im good... just need a few minutes to do some soul searching.. Mayb yesterday was my IMS(Irritable Male Syndrome) or MMS(Monthly Male Syndrome) day...

Anyway, im fine now... still got lots of work to do...

WenKang, got time visit JB again ar.. we go hav fun then... Fai will be coming in sept... c whether u available tat time or not gua... miss ya dude..!

15th July 2007

Last nite, experienced somethin bizarre... Was on my way back after yumcha with Asling... Went into the tunnel which i need to get through, a few cars were stopping on the left lane n i saw the right lane and water is flowing out from nowhere... suddenly the first BMW reverse swiftly, as the water was coming fast from the front... everyone reverse... but there were cars coming into the tunnel... double signal on, honks n waving to the cars in the back... i was shocked... reverse but too many cars behind, took the alternative by making a u turn on the one way lane... flashing and winding down the window to wave to every1... many cars follow my way, went to the entrance of the tunnel n wanna take a left turn back to the highway, but there was car moving fast, some wanted to go in so i just flash n every1 stumbled...

Damn.. it wasnt raining tat time, dunno where the hell the water came from... I might me drown or bang by fast car coming in... i was lucky enough... geezz... close shave... called the cops when i got home but i not sure they got take action or not... haiz... it's either the rain earlier on or the pipes koyak... f**k shit... stuck in the tunnel... wahlao... if got big big big water coming fast then just like movies liao... sure kena drown... tat's y everybody panicked... there was a hero wanted to try his luck going through, the car right behind me.... cuz it was a big corner so we couldn see wat's in front... he went front a bit after i reverse but then reverse faster than i... i think the condition must be quite bad... bad means bad...

life is always so unpredictable... 1 minute u r lafing away while yumcha with ur fren.. the next minute u might have taken a path to heaven/hell...

Mayb i think too much... but... life is fragile anyway... life wat Fai told me... always cherish our life... but i wonder y both of us still puff away our life huh... (=_=)

Promises....

Some says "Promises" is to b break... but i dun think so... I somehow feel tat a promise is just like a piece of mirror... It's not for us to break... but we cant deny the fact how fragile they r... sort of "Once Broken Consider Mampus"...

Good mirrors can last u for a long long long long long long time... But if there's any mishap... "Bing Bang".. Tat's it... Just like promises, once a promise is made, try to keep it... dun simply give promises which r meant to be break...

There had been many promises made to me(not by me)... but all broken... since like a decade ago, i decided not to simply promise anything beyond my control... and some1 used to complain b4 y i never make promises... Tat time i was young, dunno how to express my feelings, just feel tat y should i, since i cant... but now i understand y... The person/reason which causes the mirror to break doesn hurt... The one being hurt is the owner of the mirror... As promises r... the one who gave out promises n simply break them doesn hurt but those whom had been promised hurts everytime a promise break...

Purederm Cucumber eye pads

2 days ago i was wandering on the streets, saw Watson n went in... accidentally i found the cucumber eye pad Evie bought for her hubby... One last box... hmmm.. so i bought the thing for RM16.91 if i remembered correctly.. Tried it out the nite and phewww it was shiok... Last nite did again and pheww.... nearly fall asleep... And i smelt like a cucumber... haha... It was good... Especially had a few glass of very very neat Chivas before and after the eye mask...

Was in a very low mood last nite... End up trying new things... Like drinking alone on my bed... Eyemask n so on... But it was fun... hehe...

Just now went to kate's office, she was trying out her company new nail color... then i said i wan also...so now i got four fingers nail in silver... Paul said it's bad... so i gonna remove it tonite... haha...

11th July 2007 - very very boring nite...

Coconut... tis is the 2nd time i try my luck with TRANSFORMER... drove to Tebrau Jusco wanna catch the movie by 8.45pm... reach here abt 8.30pm.. forgot to bring my jusco card, so hv to pay for the parking... Went to the cinema n the bloody queue was so damn long... luckily i learnt from my mistake... i brought my laptop tis time... so end up in starbuck alone, havin a nice java chip, puffing my life away...

Im not a movie person... wanted to watch transformer so much... came twice alone but disapointing lah... GEEEEEZZZZZZzzzz... y issit so hard? or just tat i dun try enough... Im givin the movie another chance next week... else i gonna give up le...

So crowded... i mean starbucks... There's tis quite Cun gal sitting behind me alone with her laptop puffing away her life 2... haha... guess there's lotsa lonely soul here...

Facing a lot of doubts... a lot of uncertainties... in dilemma... Just hope i get a clearer picture asap... arghhh.. my mind is in a mess... a big big mess...

There's tis guy Mr. P who i always hang out with... He's actually the expert handling valuations of properties... Most of my fren knows him as i used to work as a mortgage loan executive few yrs back...

We had been discussing abt the market value of guys n gals...
Sorry ar Princess Eileen, i talk abt the gal first...

We had decided on tis formula to determine a gal's value...
Face Features = Type of property (single storey terrace, double storey semi-d, condo, flat etc...)
Inner Beauty = Location (which is oredi fixed... JB will always b the southest part of Msia and Sabah, Sarawak is on the east msia etc...)
Other Attributes = Renovation (From single eyelid to double, flat nose to tall and etc... tis always can be done with some extra $$$ n guts...)

So how we guys get a property huh?? er... Some go for location first, we wan it to be in the city lah, we want it to be nearer to where n where lah... then we only decide we wan a semi-d or condo or apartment or watever... n renovation comes last... with money, then renovate loh... no money then just move in first loh... haha...
Some people might go for the type of property first, hmmm... i wan a condo.... then only decide which location... then follow by renovation....
Seldom got ppl think of wat reno liao then only decide the location n type of property k?

For gals, i think the 3 elements work too.. just tat the formula diff a bit... So Princess Eileen, ur point of view pls?

As for a guy market factor (we take 10 as full marks, for ur information JB market at most 8 i think for properties, not guy, there are always 10/10 guys in the market.. haha)
few categories to mention here...
1. Guys who are single, available, doesn look bad but not tat handsome as david beckham, not as rich as him as well but got fair education, stable job, nice personality... These are guys with potential... Anytime can boom like KL properties, just tat u dunno when...
2. Guys who are single/not single, looks handsome/ugly, earning big $$$ or born rich, with/without education, got/no job, nice/teruk personality... These are guys with potential as well... cuz the higher the risk the higher the return...
(get the point? the rest doesn matter as long as he is rich, then combine with a few other attributes he is the man liao....)
3. Guys who are plain, $$$ ok, fun/not fun to be with, nice personality... These r like property in a bit outskirt area... (Built up bigger than most properties in the city, no traffic jam, price cheaper, very good to keep for self-occupied but if wanna rent out might not fetch a good income)
4. Guys who r jerks, no $$$, no fun, teruk personality(It's like buying a property under construction then halfway the developer cabut n u dunno when some1 else is gonna take over the project.... (=_=)")

Nearly killed some1 last nite...

Tis fren of mine, named wei-wei with the "-" in the middle between two wei... She's a very simple woman, opps... very sophisticated woman... ??? arghh, i dunno... she's very weird... oppps... i mean very unique...

Some1 very fun to hang out with, with characters, seems weak but actually strong... or issit seems strong but actually week?? very "chim" sorta person, always say :"yalah, i also say..." watever we say, she also say.... (=_=)"

She's one of the best female species... tis is true lah... and guys who wanna know her hoh, kindly write comments 4 me.. haha.. i pass it to her...

Her job also very "chim"... She's a doctor... (=_=)" O&G - Obstetrics and gynaecology... She performs surgery... So i assume she's a O&G surgeon or something... Her patients r all female... So no chance 4 me to check her out during working hours... haha...

She's very young, she's very small. I cannot imagine her in the white robe... er.... looks funny gua... wat else... er, we think she's totallly diff while working n after work... hmm... yesterday she treated 80 patients... 80.... 9am-1pm 50 patients... then 30 patients in the afternoon... Came back after work from sg somemore yumcha... always ask questions which we should be the one asking her... like how to be healthy, how to lose weight and so on.... i always say :" wat 4 u ask me, i should be the 1 asking u ler..."

Tat's it for now... oredi text her i wrote tis post & i think she's gonna kill me for tis... muahahhaaa

Busy weekend...

These few days was quite bz... hmmm...Friday went Banyan to celebrate Stef's burfday... Saturday... went dinner with wei-wei... Sunday attended Tommy & Lynn's wedding lunch... yumcha, yumcha, yumcha and dinner... wahlao... i also dunno wat hav i been doing tis weekend.. very busy... tat's it... =p

Prima Regency - 3rd July 07

Yesterday went to Colin's apartment, he rented the clubhouse function room 4 his 28th burfday party n also his engagement party... Was crowded... met up with a lot of old frens... ex colleagues n so on... Heavy nite, HEAVY means HEAVY... many of us got drunk... wat we had huh... 5 cartons of beers (heineken and tiger), countless bottles of red wine, 1 bottle of Jack Daniel, 1 bottle of Chivas and the best of the best 1 bottle of 21yrs Chivas Royale Salute... All finished up... But i wasn the hero.. was not in the mood n form of consuming alchohol... A lot of heroess... haha.. will wait till i get my hands of the pictures liao only post it here... I tell u all... when it comes to drinking, there are a lot of heroes.. hahaa...

In life, there are many decisions we hav to make... and making the correct one is always difficult as too many paths n choices are scattered around... But always follow ur heart... Think carefully n so on.. Evaluate n analyze the situation...

Sat morning - Suppose to go to the ROM session of Colin & Cindy... but was stuck in a stupid jam.. but the time i reach town, ppl kao tim redi... so went breakfast instead n went to see the couple in New Hong Kong restaurant.. Congrats to both of u k... see u all tis tuesday ar... The all-in-one party... Cindy, i will be there early like i promised k? so make sure the mahjong table is redi...

Sat afternoon - wanted to catch transfomers @ tebrau jusco but the queue was bloody long... Din wanna spend the time getting the ticket n most probably sold out loh... Since im alone anyway, mayb just wait for one fine day only go lah... Then went starbuck n bought "azuki frapuccino" the gal recommended, said very good... Hmm.. ok lah, not bad lah...

Sat nite - Went jusco again meeting frens...

Sun morning - Went to meet Mr.P for breakfast then went for golf trainin... the weather was hot but it was fun...

Sun afternoon - Went to my fren's shop lepak for the whole afternoon.. Met up with 2 frens yumcha... Kopitiam hopping as wat wei-wei said... haha... went 2 kopitiam... 1 after another...

Sun nite - Went banyan for a "slow drink"... played pool and the nite was fun...

Geez... how come im not tired at all today?? hmmm...
