Bought the latest issue of Newman mag... Some of u might not heard it b4... My circle of frens only heard of FHM... but personally i prefer Newman... Went into the shop, saw the mag and i just grabbed it without flipping through the contents... Know why? Cuz Newman never disappoint me... not even once... Just grabbed 1 copy, queue up, pay and cabut... tat's it...

Took out the mag before i went to bed... and the biggest surprise is JESSICA ALBA is in tis issue... wahlaoeh... the love of my life... haha.. .oppps... should be the love of many ppl life lah!!! See, i told u Newman never disappoint me liao loh... Even the editor's note was very interesting n informational as well...

There's an article abt men also go through a monthly syndrome or hormonal imbalance. The cycle is called IMS(Irritable Male Syndrome) and MMS(Monthly Male Syndrome) and it affects men everywhere and not just the ones who are heavy into mobile messaging... (LOL)

Men tend to deal with IMS by the following:
(a) totally ignoring it
(b) by retreating into a shell
(c)escaping on a “I-need-to-be-alone-to-sort-myself-out” trip
(d)drinking copious amount of liquor during happy hour

And for those who find themselves dealing with men afflicted with IMS, it would be best to
(a) leave him well enough alone
(b) buy a few rounds during happy hour
(c) get him to have sex with a supermodel

Fortunately, there's a cure for tis... EXERCISE... cuz it's a common knowledge that exercise causes a rise in testosterone levels and tis will make IMS go away....

Think i got tis problem n exercise really cure it... haha.. intensive golf training with Mr. P really helps... pheww...
